Erika Adams is the editor of Eater Boston.

At the end of each year, Eater Boston asks local food writers to reflect back on a year of dining in and around the city. The Year in Eater series has showcased industry insiders’ favorite restaurant meals, saddest restaurant closures, and most anticipated restaurant openings in the new year.

We’re opening up that same survey to readers, too. Eater Boston wants to hear from you: What was your favorite restaurant meal this year? What was the year’s most heartbreaking restaurant closure? What’s on your wishlist for Boston’s dining scene in 2024?

The site will be collecting answers up until midnight on Friday, December 15, and responses will be published in a series of articles throughout the following week.
