2020 is full of exciting new restaurant openings: a natural wine bar with one of the largest exclusively Greek wine lists in the country; a Parisian-inspired bistro full of steak frites; an intimate cocktail bar with a consulting chef from Mexico City; and lots more.

We’re tracking all the developments here, but we’ve been diving deeper into some of the openings with full features — interviewing chefs, photographing spaces, and such.
