A Boston-based Caribbean restaurant chain called Flames is opening a new location in Dorchester’s Peabody Square neighborhood, an employee confirmed to Eater. This will be the fourth location for Flames, which also operates in Mattapan, Grove Hall, and Mission Hill.

Flames owner Jonathan Chambers is currently in the process of renovating the space at 1 Peabody Sq., which was previously home to a chiropractic office, according to the Dorchester Reporter.

Flames is known for menu items such as jerk chicken wings, Jamaican beef patties, plantain chips, roti, barbecue ribs, and various curry stews. The company hasn’t yet announced a timeline for opening; stay tuned for updates.
