A Brighton juice cafe and smoothie bar has a new location in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood, near Symphony Hall. Energize recently unveiled its 265 Massachusetts Ave. shop, which serves the same menu of juice blends, salads, acai and smoothie bowls, and shakes as the original Brighton location at 618 Washington St. in Oak Square.
The first Energize opened in 2016, and word of its now-open Mass. Ave. location came in earlier this year. Energize was founded by four friends — Tihomir Deliivanov, Ivaylo Dimitrov, his brother Tsvetelin Dimitrov, and Radomir Stoyanov — who wanted to focus on whole foods and healthy, meat-free meal options. Their juices include greens and fruit, with blend-ins ranging from chia seeds and almond milk to ginger and agave. There are also smoothie bowls topped with banana, strawberry, granola, and more. Customers will also find salads laden with greens, grains, nuts, and light dressings like balsamic vinaigrette or lemon juice. Last winter, Energize launched its own mobile ordering phone app.
The new Energize in Fenway operates from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends.
