As the last bitterness of wintery weather holds on, a new ramen restaurant has arrived in Cambridge’s Porter Square. One Ramen & Sushi (1759 Massachusetts Ave.) is now open, next door to the Abbey, serving a combination of ramen and sushi, as the name suggests.

With seven kinds of ramen on the menu, the new restaurant covers the full range from tonkotsu and shoyu to shio and miso ramen, including a spicy kimchi miso and a salmon version. There’s also a vegetarian option with a miso base and vegetable broth. The rest of the menu consists mostly of sushi, including nigiri, maki, and hand rolls packed with seafood, vegetables, and even mango and banana.

Sides include wings, tempura, and kimchi, among other items, and on the whole, dishes cost between $2 to $5 for soup and entrees, $4 to $7 for individual sushi rolls, and up to $14 for special rolls. There are also sushi combos consisting of multiple rolls, as well as a dinner boat that will serve between three and four people with nearly 50 pieces of sushi. The ramen starts around $10 with options for add-ons.

One Ramen & Sushi replaced Super Fusion and seats about 20 people inside, in addition to offering delivery through third-party services like GrubHub and Doordash. It’s located close to Yume Wo Katare and Sapporo Ramen, two popular ramen destinations in Porter Square.
