Another new ice cream spot has rolled into the Boston area, this time landing in Dorchester. Sweet Sip is open at 285 Adams St., near the Fields Corner MBTA stop, and it serves a menu of ice cream, bubble tea, and more sweet treats.
Sweet Sip opened towards the end of August, and its menu includes a range of popular desserts, including Thai ice cream rolls, which first arrived in the area last year and have since grown in popularity and reach. Sweet Sip’s version of the rolls come in various flavors with unlimited toppings, per a post on the cafe’s Facebook page.
Fruit tea, milk tea, and smoothies are also on the menu, with accompaniments including regular boba, popping boba, and assorted jelly flavors. Sweet Sip makes its own ice cream and also offers egg puff waffles to go along with the frozen offerings.
Posts on Sweet Sip’s Facebook page indicate that the shop operates from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
