A coal fired pizza restaurant on its way to Burlington has an opening date planned for some time this month, and its name has changed since prior plans were announced. Jack’s Coal Fired Pizza (previously named Tony’s Coal Fire Pizza) will open soon at 2 Wall St., according to Boston Restaurant Talk.

Jack’s started hiring for all positions earlier this month, per a post on Craigslist. The restaurant will stand true to its name, serving coal fired pizza, but it will also serve wood-fired pizza, wings, pasta, and beer, among other items.

The pizza restaurant is taking over a portion of the former Papa Razzi space; the nearly 20-year-old restaurant closed down in October 2016, as previously reported. Temazcal Tequila Cantina, which already opened, took over the other part of the space. (Temazcal also has locations in Boston’s Seaport District and at MarketStreet Lynnfield, plus a forthcoming one at Dedham’s Legacy Place.)

Eater has reached out to the Jack’s team for more details on the menu and opening timeline and will post an update as more information becomes available.

Update, October 2, 2017: Jack’s opens tonight at 5 p.m.
