A former Boston hotel chef will step into a vacant space in West Roxbury and debut his own cafe: Joseph Adamo, who served as executive chef of Aragosta Bar + Bistro in the Battery Wharf Hotel, will take over the former home of Spring Street Cafe at 320 Spring St. and turn it into 320 Cafe, according to Universal Hub.
The cafe will reportedly serve breakfast and lunch, per a post on a West Roxbury neighborhood group Facebook page. Adamo takes over for Spring Street Cafe, which closed down in March, as Boston Restaurant Talk reported. The new concept, 320 Cafe, could open some time this fall. Adamo comes to this new venture with more than 20 years of experience cooking at restaurants across the US, many in hotels.
