Fenway’s newest restaurant and entertainment venue made an early debut on Monday this week. Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co. opened the doors to its home at 3 Landsdowne St., giving visitors a taste of the menu from chef Jessica Brown, according to Boston Magazine.
House beers made at the brewpub will reportedly be ready by the end of the week, and there are a dozen taps for “guest drafts,” in addition to cocktails, wines, and bottled beers. Cheeky Monkey’s own offerings will include a selection of IPAs, ales, and wheat beers. Meanwhile, the food menu features dishes that take inspiration from Thailand, Malaysia, and elsewhere, like a katsu chicken bao, street noodles, and hoisin-glazed wings.
After taking over the coveted Landsdowne Street space from Tequila Rain, as previously reported, Cheeky Monkey underwent some renovations to accommodate a sleek bar, billiards tables, shuffleboard, multiple tanks, and other brewing equipment.
