A Concord restaurant will soon get a new little sibling that specializes in Mexican cuisine. The team responsible for Woods Hill Table will open Adelita at 1200 Main St. in West Concord, according to the Boston Globe.
Adelita will take over for Vincenzo’s, which has been around for about 20 years, per Boston Restaurant Talk; Vincenzo’s will close in September. Adelita could open within a few months of taking over the space, Wicked Local reported.
The new restaurant will be under the direction of owner Kristin Canty and chef Charlie Foster, who has a menu full of tacos, enchiladas, ceviche, and more planned for Adelita, which will be open for lunch and dinner. Meat used at the restaurant will come from the Farm at Woods Hill, which also provides ingredients for Woods Hill Table.
There will also be margaritas.
