Boston’s Vietnamese-inspired, ever-expanding food-truck-and-restaurant group, Bon Me, adds a new brick-and-mortar location to its ranks on Thursday, July 6, opening the doors at 441 Stuart St. in Back Bay, as Boston Magazine reports.
This is the sixth restaurant for Bon Me, which also runs eight food trucks and two food carts around the Greater Boston area and has another restaurant on the way to Binney Street in East Cambridge. For the first day open in Back Bay, Bon Me is giving away gift cards and other prizes for visitors.
The new restaurant serves Bon Me’s menu of sandwiches, noodle bowls, rice bowls, and salads, which can be topped with tofu, barbecue pork, chicken, and braised pulled pork, along with other rotating offerings. There are also sides like edamame and Vietnamese green papaya salad, and desserts like chia pudding and rice pudding, in addition to a new vegan summer menu. Beverages at Bon Me include Thai basil lemonade, iced teas, and Vietnamese iced coffee.
The new location is open seven days a week from 10:30 a.m to 8 p.m.
