A new restaurant with a mix of Japanese and Chinese cuisine made its official debut earlier this month in Medford. Nagoya opened mid-July at 38 Riverside Ave., according to the Medford Chamber of Commerce, which was on-site for a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Nagoya’s menu includes a selection of sushi rolls, hand rolls, and sashimi, plus appetizers like gyoza, shrimp tempura, and soft shell crab. There are teriyaki entrees, fried rice, and noodle dishes, plus assorted beef, chicken, vegetable, and seafood entrees as well. There are also soups available, including hot and sour and egg drop.
And that’s not all: There’s also an extensive ramen selection, which predominately features a pork-based broth, but there’s also a miso-based vegetarian option.
Nagoya is located in a section of Medford that is also home to Nijiya Sushi, the Chicken and Rice Guys, Tenoch Mexican, and other restaurants. It is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
