A new counter-service restaurant that specializes in stir-fry and has its roots in Philadelphia will bring bowls of noodles, rice, and salad to Boston next month. Honeygrow arrives in the Fenway neighborhood on July 14 with a focus on sustainable ingredients and customizable options.

The restaurant’s menu features stir-fry dishes, salads, and desserts that customers order through touchscreen kiosks. The dishes are customizable — from the type of noodle or rice base to the accompanying vegetables and proteins — and made behind a counter, as at other fast-casual restaurants like Chipotle or Blaze Pizza. The chain has locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and beyond.

The forthcoming Fenway Honeygrow will offer a Boston-exclusive Maine lobster stir-fry, served with egg white noodles, Maine lobster, broth, fennel, bell peppers, red onions, peas, and herbed bread crumbs. The restaurant will feature art from local illustrator and designer James Weinberg and will raise money through sales on opening day for the Appalachian Mountain Club of Boston. After Honeygrow opens at 1282 Boylston St. on July 14, it will operate daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
