An area of Everett that’s chock full of boozy destinations will soon welcome a new restaurant that will add some more sustenance to the neighborhood. Village Bar & Grill will open next Wednesday, June 28, at 38 Norman St., according to a post on Facebook. It will be located right next to Bone Up Brewing and down the street from Night Shift Brewing and Short Path Distillery.

Village Bar & Grill will be a sports bar and pizza place. It joins a section of Everett that has seen continual growth over the last two years. Night Shift relocated to Santilli Highway in 2014, Short Path opened in the summer of 2015, and Bone Up opened in August 2016. Another brewery will join the mix as well: Down the Road is in the process of building out its taproom on Bow Street.
