Haute Coffee Is Now Pouring Espresso in Cambridge

East Cambridge welcomed a new source for caffeine this morning with the opening of Haute Coffee, an outpost of the original Concord-based coffee shop. The new cafe at One Canal Park is situated near the Lechmere MBTA stop and CambridgeSide Galleria and offers a similar menu to its Concord shop.

Haute Coffee serves a lineup of brewed-to-order coffees, espresso beverages, and teas, plus breakfast egg sandwiches, toast, yogurt, quinoa granola, sandwiches, and soups. The original cafe on Walden Street in Concord Center has been open for about three-and-a-half years, as previously reported, and the Cambridge location has been in the works since early last year.

The new location of Haute Coffee features light wood flooring, white cabinets, wooden tables and chairs, and a large red dresser that’s been repurposed as the counter where the matching red espresso machine sits in the cafe.
