A new location will soon join an existing family of food trucks and brick-and-mortar restaurants: Bon Me’s sixth restaurant is slated to open at 441 Stuart St. in Back Bay, according to Boston Restaurant Talk, bringing more Vietnamese-style sandwiches and noodle bowls to the Copley Square area.
Bon Me will replace Freshii, a Chicago-based chain restaurant that recently closed on Dartmouth Street. This news comes about a month after Bon Me rolled out two new food carts, including one stationed in Copley. The new restaurant will have seating for 25 people and could open as early as June, according to Boston Magazine.
Bon Me’s reach includes restaurants in Kendall Square, Chestnut Hill Square, Fort Point, Cambridge’s Fresh Pond, and inside of the Boston Public Market, plus a fleet of food trucks that set up shop around the Boston area. A second Kendall Square brick-and-mortar location could open in August, as previously reported.
Update 5/16, 10 a.m.: This story has been updated to reflect a more accurate address for the new Bon Me restaurant.
