Malden recently welcomed a new restaurant to its ranks, and the spot is connected to another restaurant in the area. District Kitchen is now open at 2 Florence St. near the Malden Center MBTA stop on the orange line, and it’s serving up a menu of Southeast Asian dishes and more.
District Kitchen is connected to All Seasons Table (64 Pleasant St., Malden) and serves a mix of small plates, main dishes, and sandwiches. Vincent Lien serves as head chef, with Peter Nguyen and Dang Pham rounding out the kitchen team. Menu items include wonton soup, seafood chowder, Thai papaya salad, banh mi, a chicken katsu sushiritto, and even a salmon burger. There are also noodle, rice, and stir fry entrees, plus tonkotsu ramen, surf and turf, and pad kra pao.
The restaurant is open Sunday through Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
