A new restaurant arrives in Hull next week at the Sunset Bay Marina. Local 02045 (stylized as LOCAL 02045) will make its debut April 19 at 2 A St., near Nantasket Beach, unveiling three floors of newly renovated space complete with two floors overlooking the marina and an exclusive lounge and restaurant on the first floor for marina members.

The building that houses the new restaurant is 100 years old and was formerly home to Art’s Restaurant. The first floor of the newly renovated space will be the members-only lounge and restaurant, while the second floor will be a full-service, family-friendly restaurant. The third floor will have a lounge and restaurant with a function space and a separate deck, and both the second and third floors will be fully open to the public. Both levels boast large decks and views of the ocean and city.

Bridget Nee (formerly of Legal Sea Foods and Mama Mia’s) serves as chef of Local 02045, which features a mix of Italian dishes and classic New England seafood options. The restaurant will serve cocktails and craft beers (including brews from Weymouth’s Barrel House Z). The full menu for the second floor restaurant will include seafood and meat entrees, including steaks, burgers, and Italian dishes, while the third floor will have a bar and lounge atmosphere with a smaller menu of appetizers, sandwiches (think lobster rolls) and bar snacks.
