A fast-casual pizza place that started on Nantucket and later added locations in the Boston area has tapped its next neighborhood for expansion. Oath Craft Pizza will open its newest restaurant in Brookline, filling Coolidge Corner with quick-cooked pizzas, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.
The new location is slated to open within the former Walgreens space at 276 Harvard St., according to a town agenda, right on the corner where the street intersects Beacon Street and the C branch of the green line. Oath Craft specializes in crisp pizzas cooked in 90 seconds, and it offers a range of signature pies along with a create-your-own option, dubbed “The Selfie.”
Oath Craft’s new restaurant will seat 30 people and will reportedly operate seven day s a week from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. The Brookline restaurant joins other locations in South Station, Davis Square, and Chestnut Hill.
