A suburban juice bar will once again return to Boston proper, opening a shop on Beacon Hill. Nourish Your Soul, which operates two locations in West Medford and Winchester and previously held the juice bar spot in South Boston’s Everybody Fights gym, received approval from Beacon Hill’s zoning and licensing committee and will work toward opening at 282 Cambridge St., according to the Beacon Hill Times. Nourish Your Soul will join Pressed in providing the neighborhood with all manner of fruit and vegetable-based juices.
Nourish Your Soul’s founder, Susan Cabana, launched the brand in 2010 with a goal of using local and organic ingredients as often as possible for a menu that encourages finding balance in health. The Nourish Your Soul menu includes smoothies, cold-pressed juices, vegan milks like almond and cashew, and coffee drinks. On the food side, the shop serves smoothie bowls, chia pudding, muffins, eggs, toasts, and salads. Stay tuned for details on an opening date.
In other news, a juice shop planned for Charlestown is inching ever closer to an opening date. Boston Juicing passed its inspections, and its founders are working to solidify an opening date for the 283 Main St. business.
