Newton will soon be home to an Italian restaurant that features Neapolitan-style pizza: Olivia’s Bistro will open within the former Ginger Root space at 136 Adams St., according to Boston Restaurant Talk, serving a whole host of Italian dishes alongside a menu of wood-fired pizzas.
Job postings on both Craigslist and BostonChefs.com indicate that Olivia’s will offer a selection of antipasti and salads, in addition to pasta made in-house, grilled fish, meat entrees, and Neapolitan wood-fired pizza. The restaurant may be open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily, per a report from Patch.
The restaurant will be able to seat 58 people and is currently hiring bartenders, servers, and hosts; the job postings indicate that it could open within “the next few weeks.” Stay tuned for further details about the arrival of this new Italian spot.
Update, 12/4/17: New job postings indicate a planned opening date of January 1, 2018.
