Anna’s Taqueria has a new location slated to open in the heart of Back Bay. The local chain recently celebrated 20 years in business and will add a restaurant in the Prudential Center to its lineup, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.
This will be the eighth location for Anna’s, which has existing restaurants in Brookline, Boston, Cambridge, and most recently, Newton. (The latest expansion of Anna’s Taqueria happened in February 2016, when the chain opened a new location in Newton Highlands.)

This addition to the Prudential Center’s dining options comes as the building prepares for the arrival of Eataly, a three-level, 45,000-square-foot oasis of Italian food. The Eataly buildout will reportedly be complete in time for a November opening.
