A company behind a number of local restaurants plans to deploy a fleet of samosa-centric food trucks throughout the Boston area. One World Cuisine will be adding a lineup of Samosa Shack trucks to its repertoire, which already includes a number of restaurants, from Dosa Factory to Bao Nation and beyond, Boston Restaurant Talk reports.
The food trucks will reportedly serve samosas, pakoras, dosa, and more. They will also be available for catering, according to a post about the trucks on India New England News.
One World Cuisine is also in the process of opening a third Dosa Factory restaurant in Waltham. The expansion has been quite a long time coming, as the first word of the new location came in 2010. A One World Cuisine employee reached Wednesday morning said the Waltham restaurant is not yet open, but an announcement on the opening date will be coming soon. Dosa Factory expanded from Cambridge’s Central Square to Back Bay in December of 2014.
