A fire that devastated two restaurants near Cambridge's Kendall Square in 2014 forced their exodus from the neighborhood, but one place could make its return nearby within the next month. Beauty’s Pizza is on track to reopen soon, just down the road in Inman Square, Boston Restaurant Talk reports.
The pizza place, along with MuLan Taiwanese Restaurant, were booted from their homes at 228 Broadway in December 2014. Recently, Beauty’s took over the space at 187 Hampshire St. where Pizza Pie-er once operated, and the pizza shop could be ready to reopen in its new home within the next month. MuLan had made plans to reopen in the original location on Broadway, but the building was entirely gutted and currently remains a shell of cinder blocks, not near completion.
Beauty’s will be provide more details about its reopening date on its Facebook page.
