A new restaurant is now open in Brighton Center, carrying on the burrito legacy of its predecessor. Los Amigos Taqueria debuted its newest location at 366 Washington St., where it took over for Boca Grande Taqueria, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.
The fast-casual burrito chain originally opened in West Roxbury in 2012 and added a Newtonville location in 2013. Most recently, it opened in another former Boca Grande space on Beacon Street in Brookline.
Los Amigos sources local ingredients for its Mexican cuisine, offering everything from quesadillas, burritos, and plates to tacos and salad bowls. Fillings for the menu items include chicken, steak, carnitas, marinated pork, grilled vegetables, and more.
The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
