A healthy concept that specializes in blended fruit bowls is working to secure a permanent space in Arlington. WellBeing Bar is seeking approval to open on Mill Street next to the Minuteman bike path, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.

There will be a hearing on the proposal on August 22, and if approved, WellBeing Bar will open for business in an existing commercial kiosk, where it will serve acai bowls and blends. The business made an appearance at the grand opening of Fitness Together in Arlington back in May, according to its Facebook page, where it shared details on its products and ingredients, along with "five reasons to try acai bowls and blends" fliers.

WellBeing Bar will use organic ingredients including acai puree, coconut milk, bananas, raspberries, powdered peanut butter, and granola. There are also special add-ins, like cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and raisins.
