A Connecticut-based grilled cheese food truck has opened two brick-and-mortar locations in Massachusetts along I-90, according to Boston Restaurant Talk. Cheesy Street Grill can now be found within two service plazas along the Pike, one in Natick (eastbound) and one in Westborough (westbound).
Cheesy Street Grill offers a selection of grilled cheese sandwiches made with American, asiago, goat, and cheddar cheeses, topped off with options like tomatoes, bacon, caramelized onions, guacamole, mac and cheese, and much more. The place also serves mac and cheese on its own, along with taco salads, soups, and cupcakes.
The owners of Cheesy Street Grill are Lisa Dowd, Cameron Canzellarini, Geoff Howe, and Ann Howe, Wicked Local reported. The "cheese wheelin’ and sandwich dealin’" spots opened in June and operate seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
