The fast-casual, fast-cooking pizza restaurant opens its fourth location tomorrow (Tuesday, June 7) at 280 Elm St. in Somerville's Davis Square, formerly the Singer sewing shop. Oath Craft Pizza started as a seasonal Nantucket restaurant before adding a kiosk at Boston's South Station and then expanding to Chestnut Hill. Keep your eyes peeled for more locations after this one — the company hasn't been shy about its "aggressive" growth plans.
Oath Craft cooks up crispy, thin-crust pizza in 90 seconds. Available in half and whole sizes, the pizzas start at $5.95 and $7.95 respectively, with fancier options going up a little higher in price. One example of a pre-designed pizza is the Spicy Mother Clucker — mozzarella, rosé pickled red onion, Sriracha chicken, Sriracha sauce, secret sauce, and scallion ($6.95/$10.95). There's also the "Selfie" option, where the customer chooses sauce, cheese, and toppings. Vegan options are available, as is gluten-free crust. Oath also serves a few salads and desserts, including a cookie pizza. The new location will serve Stubborn Soda on tap.
