Clover Food Lab will unveil its newest project next week in Westford, where it has partnered with Whole Foods to bring a mini-Clover into the about-to-open health food grocery store, according to a blog post on Clover's website.
On Wednesday, May 4, this new mini-Clover will open inside the brand new 160 Littleton Rd. store, operating from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Most of Clover's locations are in Cambridge and Boston, but there's also a suburban location in Burlington and one in Brookline Village.
"We've always thought that Clover should exist in lots of forms. Clover vending machines. Tiny Clover drive-thru-restaurants. And small Clovers within other operations," Clover's communications director Lucia Jazayeri wrote in the post.
A member of Clover's Harvard Square team will run the newest location in Westford. Clover has made a number of changes recently, including a relocation of the Harvard Square restaurant to a historic space on Massachusetts Avenue and the opening of a plug-in food truck on Newbury Street in Back Bay.
