A new restaurant in the works for Dorchester has plenty of Italian specialties planned for its menu and is now hiring employees so it can stuff Adams Village full of wood-fired brick oven pizza. Molinari's Pizzeria is the work of Jeffrey Cincotta, who started this venture to bring "Italian comfort food" to a neighborhood that lacks Italian restaurants, as Universal Hub reported.

The restaurant has social media channels up and running, and its website details the forthcoming menu. Molinari's will offer pizzas, as previously reported, which will be "baked with a char and crisp crust." The options include meat lover pizzas to a buffalo-sauced pie and one called The Popeye, which features fresh spinach and assorted cheeses.

There are also a number of appetizers planned, including wood oven-roasted chicken wings, mussels, and meatballs, in addition to salads, sandwiches, and house-made pasta.

According to a post on the restaurant's Facebook page, Molinari's is now hiring employees and could open soon, pending permitting. Planned hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Molinari's will have about 25 seats and take-out and delivery options, Universal Hub wrote. It will be located at 789 Adams St.
