A hotel just outside Boston will become home to a restaurant that has other iterations in hotels across the country. Relish Burger Bistro will open in the Westin Waltham-Boston at 70 3rd Ave., bringing specialty burgers and full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus to guests in April, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.
The in-hotel restaurant will feature dishes from executive chef Juan Luna, and the menu will consist of items like the Watch City Burger (made with bison meat and topped with fried eggs) and a signature kobe beef burger, according to the Waltham News Tribune. Other menu items include a chopped salad, a harissa vegetable bowl, sliders, veggie and chicken burgers, and fries, as seen on the forthcoming restaurant's Facebook page.
There are a handful of Relish Burger Bistros in other hotels across the country, including the Westin Seattle Hotel, the Westin Maui, and at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona.
