With Winter Hill Brewing Company's official full opening coming any day now, interested folks can get a sneak peek at the space starting today — the morning cafe just opened, and it's operating between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. daily with wifi and Counter Culture Coffee.
The cozy space has indoor seating for around 60 (with a patio coming in the warmer future), and there are convenient coat hooks and outlets under the bar. There are some tables in the back and front as well as window seats looking out onto Broadway. Take a moment to admire the woodworking, much of which was done by general manager Bert Holdredge.
Once the taproom hours begin, the starting line-up of beers will include a cream ale and an IPA, which will both be available year-round, as well as an imperial stout, a North American strong ale, and a black IPA. Those three slots will rotate. There will also be sandwiches and other food available.
