A Nantucket-based pizza restaurant that's making a push into Greater Boston is gearing up to open in Chestnut Hill Square by the end of next week. Oath Craft is almost ready to start serving its 90-second pies to customers just west of Boston, according to a post on Facebook showing a sad bulldog waiting outside the unopened restaurant.
Oath Craft's first foray into the city was with a kiosk at South Station, which opened in October 2015. The restaurant has a larger expansion plan in the works, which includes a new restaurant in Somerville's Davis Square.
Oath Craft's 210 Boylston St. restaurant is just across the street from the newly opened Frank Pepe Pizza Neapolitana, joining the New Haven export as a pizza provider for this section of Chestnut Hill. Oath Craft's menu includes assorted "craft pizzas" with predetermined ingredients, and guests have the option of creating their own concoction — an option that is dubbed "the selfie." There are also salads, plus breakfast and dessert pizzas.
Patiently waiting for Oath Chestnut Hill Square to open... #same. Don't worry, pooch, we'll be open by the end of next week!@chestnuthillsquare #DogsofOath #chestnuthill #oathpizza #comingsoon
