Another Coolidge Corner restaurant has closed up shop. Yasu, an Asian restaurant on Beacon Street specializing in Japanese dishes and Korean barbecue, closed some time in January, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.

In this bustling section of Brookline, Mr. SushiPanelli's, and Boca Grande Taqueria have all closed in recent months. Yasu had reportedly been open since 2005 and was known for its wide selection of sushi, bibimbap, katsu, assorted soups, teriyaki dishes, noodles, Korean entrees like spicy gal bi tang, and much more.

A reason for the closure was unknown, but Yelp lists the restaurant as permanently closed, and the number for Yasu is no longer in service.
