Otto Pizza Will Open an East Arlington Location

The Portland-based chain is growing.

A local favorite pizza restaurant is on the move again, this time with its eye on East Arlington. Otto Pizza will be opening in a former Comella's space on Massachusetts Avenue, according to Boston Restaurant Talk. A timeline for opening is not known yet, but a window sign reportedly suggests it could be "soon."

The address for the new Otto is 202 Massachusetts Ave., on a stretch of road that boasts a number of other restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries.

Otto originated in Portland, Maine and is known for its standard pies, like the margherita, four-cheese, and pepperoni, as well as its more boundary-pushing pies, like the three-cheese tortellini and the pulled pork and mango. The restaurant also serves salads.

Otto's crispy-crust pizzas are available in Harvard Square, Coolidge Corner, and on Boston University's campus, in addition to Lynnfield, Newburyport, and Maine (Portland and Yarmouth).
