In the works since April 2015, Tasty Burger's new Dudley Square location opened over the weekend inside of the Bolling Building (2200 Washington St.) The recently renovated building is also home to Dudley Dough and Dudley Cafe. Tasty Burger also has locations in Fenway, Harvard Square, Back Bay, and Southie — and a Washington, D.C. location is on the way.
Tasty Burger's new location, which seats 120, is currently open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day, serving up its usual menu of burgers and dogs, shakes, beer and wine, and more. Breakfast will be added soon.
The space is decorated with an MBTA-themed mural by local artists Kenji Nakayama and Scott Chasse, as well as neighborhood photography by Wayne Chinook.
The Franklin Restaurant Group, which owns Tasty Burger as well as Citizen Public House and Franklin Cafe, is also busy opening up a Jewish-inspired modern deli in Lower Allston.
