A new restaurant planned for Stoneham joins the list of Cajun-style seafood places popping up in Greater Boston. Loui Loui Louisiana Seafood will take over the defunct Uno Fresco space in Stoneham's Redstone shopping center, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.

Along with the newly opened Holly Crab in Boston and Shaking Crab in Newton, Loui Loui reportedly specializes in Southern-style seafood. According to a tip Eater received, the new Cajun spot has been approved for a liquor license, which is confirmed on the Stoneham website.

Hyuk Kim is listed as the registered agent of Louistone LLC, the company behind Loui Loui. He also appears to be connected to InBoston, a Korean fusion restaurant on Massachusetts Avenue near Berklee College of Music.

Stoneham Selectman Tom Boussy speculated back in November that Loui Loui could possibly open in February.
