Monkey's Crunch at Strip by Strega

Monkey's Crunch at STRIP by Strega

Bartender Kevin Kelly created this homage to his favorite cereal (both as a child as an adult) — Cap'n Crunch. The Monkey's Crunch cocktail includes Cap'n Crunch-infused Bacardi 8 rum, banana liqueur, and banana "milk." The mixture is shaken and poured into a glass rimmed with salt and sugar, and it's topped with pieces of Cap'n Crunch.

Available February 15 through 19 for $13.

Ward 8 Bacon bloody mary

Spicy Bacon Bloody Mary at Ward 8

"No breakfast is complete without bacon, and so this is our cocktail homage to everyone's favorite breakfast food paired with the blood mary, which is everyone's favorite hangover cure on rough mornings," says Mike Wyatt, general manager and beverage director. The drink pairs Ward 8's house-made bloody mix with bacon-infused vodka, and there's a slab of spicy pepper bacon to be used as a stirrer.

Available throughout Breakfast Week for $10.

Pisco Benedict at Tamo

Pisco Benedict at TAMO Bistro & Bar

Created by TAMO bartender Rafael (Rafi) Mota, this cocktail was inspired by his love of traditional eggs Benedict for breakfast. It's made of Pisco, lemon juice, egg white with a drop of yolk, simple syrup, and black walnut bitters, garnished with a slice of Canadian bacon.

Available from February 15 through 19 for $12.

"Cinnamon French toast was always a special occasion breakfast — birthday, holiday, or snow day off from school," says bar manager Erica Knowles. "The smell of cinnamon French toast always makes me smile."

The cocktail is made of RumChata, Stoli vanilla, and Kahlúa, served in a glass with a cinnamon sugar rim and garnished with a Vermont maple syrup drizzle and a cinnamon stick.

Ask for it by name throughout Breakast Week; it's available for $11.

Jalisco hot chocolate at painted burro

Jalisco Hot Chocolate at Painted Burro

Made with house-made chipotle chocolate tequila, RumChata, and Grand Marnier and topped with horchata whipped cream, the Jalisco Hot Chocolate is a warm spin on the iced coffee horchata served at brunch. The tequila is infused with cocoa, chipotle, coffee beans, and vanilla beans, and RumChata is a horchata-infused rum.

Available nightly starting at 5 p.m. from February 15 through February 18 for $11.

Banana foster cocktail at BOKX 109

Black Barrel Bananas Foster at BOKX 109

"I've always been a huge fan of Bananas Foster for breakfast," says general manager Tom Dargon. "I remember as a kid being so amazed by the preparation. The presentation with the flambé — the fire and the whole thing — really stuck out for me and really helped pique my interest into food and beverage. I also love bananas, rum, and playing with fire."

The cocktail combines one ounce of banana liqueur with a quarter ounce of brown sugar simple syrup, one and a half ounces of Mount Gay Black Barrel rum, and an ounce and a quarter of heavy cream. It's stirred, strained into a martini glass, and garnished with a sprinkle of nutmeg, a drizzle of caramel syrup, and 151 rum-charred banana. (That's made by slicing a banana, putting it in a bowl, adding an ounce of 151, and lighting it on fire until all the rum has evaporated and the banana is charred.)

Available by request throughout Breakfast Week for $12.
