Anyone craving pizza on Beacon Hill is in luck: A brand new All Star Pizza Bar opens its doors today. The Cambridge-based pizza shop acquired the former Griddler’s Burgers + Dogs space at 204 Cambridge St. for its expansion into Boston proper, and it’s finally ready to unveil its lineup of pies and rotating specials in the new restaurant.
True to its roots, the Beacon Hill restaurant features counter service, but it has a bit more seating than the Inman Square restaurant.
"When you come into an All Star establishment, the first thing that hits you are the sights, the sounds, the smells, the colors, the staff that interacts with you. We try to create an atmosphere where people want to be here," owner Kosta Diamantopoulos previously told Eater.
Customers can get All Star Pizza Bar’s brick-oven pies on Beacon Hill from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
