How about a nice pile of fried french toast?

Central Square’s bustling Little Donkey is once again expanding its repertoire. The dining spot from Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer already serves a globally inspired dinner menu, lunch, and weekday breakfast, and now it will add Sunday brunch to the mix, which will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., starting this weekend.

The menu includes some items that have appeared on Little Donkey’s weekday breakfast menu, including the breakfast torta, a toad in a hole made with miso banana bread, and chilaquiles. Fried brioche french toast is new to the brunch menu, which pulls in some lunch items like the pickle brine fried chicken sandwich and the burger with buffalo pickles and foie gras. Little Donkey will also offer morning-friendly beverages to accompany the brunch menu.
