One of Boston’s newest restaurants already has a taste of something new lined up for the city. Pabu, which opened on November 1 in Downtown Crossing’s Millennium Tower, unveils its happy hour menu tonight from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Check it out below.
Chefs Michael Mina and Ken Tominaga already have a whole host of sushi offerings and other Japanese dishes on the menu, and they’re adding an early evening selection of dishes such as Tokyo fried chicken ‘karaage’, chili-glazed spare ribs, and robata skewers.
There will also be a few low-priced beverages available, including an ever-changing Japanese chuhai, cans of sake, and both red and white wine. (In accordance with Massachusetts’ laws prohibiting time-specific booze deals, these selections are always available throughout the restaurant and during all operating hours, but they’re conveniently promoted on the happy hour menu for those looking for a cheap drink.)
Here’s a look at the full happy hour menu for Pabu, which will be available in the bar and lounge every weekday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
