Another Flour Bakery + Cafe joins the family next week. A Cambridgeport location of Joanne Chang’s growing group of bakeries has entered its final stages and will be set to open to the public on Monday, December 5, as Boston Magazine reports.
This is the second of three new Flour locations that Chang announced in August. A Harvard Square bakery opened in November and another is on track to open its doors in February near the Prudential Center. There are four other Flour locations in Fort Point, South End, and Back Bay, and Central Square.
Flour Cambridgeport will have a slightly smaller menu than the other locations, but it will seat 50 people and it even has a cozy fireplace. The bakery is located at 40 Erie St. and will open at 7 a.m. on Monday.
