A restaurant in Downtown Crossing that specializes in Vietnamese dishes is going mobile: Sa Pa Modern Vietnamese has a brand new food truck and will be showering various parts of the city in pho.
For now, Sa Pa’s food truck will be up and rolling on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the restaurant confirmed to Eater. Customers will find an abbreviated version of the restaurant’s menu at the truck, which will concentrate on rice, noodle, and lettuce bowls, in addition to Sa Pa’s signature pho. Those craving banh mi, burritos, and more will have to pay a visit to the restaurant itself, which located at 92 Bedford St. (Sa Pa previously operated a second location in Cleveland Circle that is now Jade Monkey.)
On Tuesdays, the Sa Pa truck will park at Stuart Street and Trinity Place near Copley Square, and on Wednesdays it will park at Belvidere Street and Huntington Avenue, behind the Prudential Center.
