A new Japanese restaurant in Brighton is now showering the neighborhood in sushi rolls, sashimi, teriyaki, and much more. Miyuki Sushi opened its doors at 547 Washington St. towards the end of October and has a lengthy menu with combo options and catering.
Appetizers at Miyuki include egg rolls, gyoza, assorted tempura offerings, and edamame. There are also soups and a wide variety of salads; bento box combos that come with rice and miso soup; and maki combos that come with soup and salad; plus teriyaki, katsu, and tempura. There are also noodles and smoothies, and the sushi menu consists of maki, nigiri, sashimi, and hand rolls, plus house specials.
Early reviews indicate the restaurant offers a cash deal that includes a salad, miso soup, and two rolls for $9.95, with an extra roll for $12.95. The restaurant is open seven days a week from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m., according to its Facebook page.
