Science- and costume-loving Food Network chef Alton Brown will swing through Boston to promote his newest cookbook, Alton Brown: EveryDayCook, which is filled with the chef’s personal favorite recipes and none of those staged, perfectly edited glossy photos usually found in cookbooks — his were all taken on an iPhone.
Brown went through a first round of touring just as the book hit shelves on September 27. That tour ended on October 18 and took him all around the country, but not to Boston or Chicago, which he will visit back-to-back the Monday and Tuesday after Thanksgiving.
"Dear Chicago and Boston: I heard you loud and clear. We missed you on my recent #EveryDayCook tour and I apologize. But let me fix it," Brown’s Facebook page read. He will be signing books at Williams-Sonoma Copley Place on November 29, and tickets are now available on Eventbrite for $37.19 (cost includes book).
