Boston is exporting one of its Italian restaurant to the suburbs. Da Vinci Ristorante, located in Bay Village on Columbus Avenue, will add a location in Sudbury, according to Wicked Local.
The restaurant received its liquor license and will take over a former Friendly’s location at 457 Boston Post Rd., Boston Restaurant Talk reported. The owners of Da Vinci Ristorante could open the new place by the end of this year, and they reportedly plan to make it a more casual version of their existing Boston restaurant. The owners, Dariusz Zywina, Jaswant Singh, and Harkamaljit Singh, also operate Soul of India in Sudbury, per Wicked Local.
The new restaurant will seat 70 people, and the menu could include items like pasta, chicken parmigiana, and tiramisu.
