A growing section of Everett is already home to a couple breweries and a distillery, and soon it will add a neighborhood restaurant to that list. Village Bar & Grill is slated to open at 38 Norman St., right by Bone Up Brewing, according to a tip Eater received.
The restaurant has set up a Facebook page and will reportedly be opening up for customers at some point this fall, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eater has reached out to the restaurant to learn more details about its menu and opening timeline.
Village Bar & Grill will be located down the street from Night Shift Brewing and around the corner from Short Path Distillery, both of which help give this part of Everett its "Fermentation District" moniker. Night Shift relocated to Santilli Highway in 2014 and has seen continual growth in the past two years, with more expansion on the way. Short Path opened its doors in the summer of 2015.
