One year after making its debut at the Envoy Hotel in Boston’s Seaport District, Outlook Kitchen and Bar is unveiling a whole new menu. Chef Tatiana Rosana introduces new dishes for dinner and brunch, starting today, and a number of items take on the spirit of fall.
This is Rosana’s first menu as executive chef of the restaurant. Previously, she worked with Rachel Klein at the Mandarin Oriental and at Harvard Square’s Harvest alongside chef Mary Dumont. Rosana, who grew up in Miami, draws inspiration for this new Outlook menu from her Cuban background, her wife’s Korean heritage, and her training and experience.
The updated breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch menus will be available starting today. The dinner menu includes starters like ahi tuna crudo and wild mushroom flatbread, while entrees range from slow cooked halibut to autumn pappardelle with hazelnut ragout and shaved Brussels sprouts. The lengthy brunch menu includes "green eggs no ham," a breakfast sandwich, pancakes, french toast, and a Cuban sandwich, among other offerings.
Here’s a look at everything you can eat for brunch and dinner at Outlook Kitchen and Bar, starting today:
Update 10/14, 10 a.m.: This story has been updated to reflect that all the menus at Outlook are new as of Friday.
