Framingham has a new spot for global cuisine, and early insights indicate the place delivers a kick of spice. Nzuko is now open at 341 Cochituate Rd., courtesy of Laurette Ndukwe, according to the MetroWest Daily News.
This new restaurant serves globally-inspired cuisine, bringing in influences from the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and beyond. In addition to items like curry chicken, ginger garlic salmon, and black bean burgers, the menu at Nzuko includes salads, sandwiches, rice and beans, flatbread wraps, and even a kids section, with a focus on seasonal ingredients.
An Eater tipster raved about the restaurant, saying it was the best food she had eaten in a while and that it was very spicy. Meanwhile, reviewers on Yelp praised the jerk chicken, guacamole and hummus, and squash soup. A grand opening for Nzuko is scheduled for Monday, October 17.
