Boston’s North End will get a new coffee shop courtesy of the person behind a grocery in the area. Steve DeAngelis, the owner of Golden Goose Market, will see through plans to open a 36-seat spot for coffee and cafe fare on Atlantic Avenue, North End Waterfront reports.

The address of the proposed coffee shop is 65 Atlantic Ave., and the neighborhood council threw its full support behind the venture, which will operate from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. once it opens. The space will be converted from an office to a restaurant, and the final plans include room for outdoor seating.

DeAngelis operates the Golden Goose Market at 179 Commercial St., around the corner from the forthcoming cafe, selling baked goods, deli meat, cheeses, sandwiches, and more.
